Physical Description: White Snow Drifting has a pelt reminiscent of the snow. His fur is long yet sleek, but not as long as some. His fur due to its texture rarely if ever mats. When he walks his fur sways as if he were a lithe cloud walking by.

The tom's eyes are a deep vibrant shade of gold. It's oft quite easy to read his emotions, at least if his eyes aren't hooded or downcast so as to hide his true emotion.

Snow's whiskers are as white as his pelt and long as well. A couple of them curl upward at the ends on either side of his muzzle.

He has what he'd call ears of normal size. Yet he has small tufts growing from the tips of them.

Around the pads of his paws grows long tufts of fur. This to keep warm in winter and to more easily walk upon the snows which he can oft blend so well in that leafbare is when he manages to do his best hunting.

As for his nose, it's pink. This is due to all of his white fur.

Personality: Snow has a kindness to him wherein it is rare for him to raise his voice. Not that he doesn't sometimes sound stern when the need arises if he's dealing with rambunctious kits, or stubborn elders refusing to eat.

He is a jovial sort and always tries to lighten everyone's mood when there's too high a tenseness stirring in the air. Not that he doesn't know how to be serious, but even then he tries his best to calm others with reassurances. Still he can at times come off as a bit of an oaf and maybe even lazy since he loves to play with the youngsters quite a bit. Doesn't matter how much prey he might gain. Which unless he can camouflage his white fur it is rather difficult.

Despite helping whenever he can to feed the hungry bellies he keeps tabs on all his friends and family. Whomever wants to play whenever they want to play he'll make sure there's time to do so. However with the time of famine he might not get to quite so much but he still makes time. Even if its only a few spare moments.

Snow can also be a bit of a flirt as well. Sometimes during a hunt, unless its very dire, he'll even flirt with the others currently on the hunt.

History: White Snow Drifting was born into the first litter of his parents. He was the youngest of his litter. Due to not having too many pressures in the earliest moons of his life the bond with his litter-mates grew so much that he'd follow them to the moon and back - were such a feat possible. Whatever mischief either got in to, if there were mischief, he'd follow. He's certainly tried to follow in his eldest litter-mates paw-steps though hasn't always quite managed that.

When he was old enough to be trained he was given the trainer known as Speckled Muzzle. The she-cat was delighted to train him though she was so many, many moons older and close to becoming an elder. Yet she was a fun loving sort that taught him to work hard and play just as hard. Whenever there was a butterfly they'd chase it together.

Sadly however, before he was fully trained, Speckled Muzzle died from sickness the first of the harshest leafbare's. His training was then taken over by Cry of the Dove, a tom barely six moons older than himself. He didn't think he learned anything from Dove, but Speckled Muzzle had taught him so much. Plus Dove kind of neglected him in favor of keeping a closer eye on his single kit. Which Snow didn't blame him for as the she-cat and two other kits had perished during the birthing. It would be this kit that Snow would later get to train.

Snow once given the rank of Hunter followed one or both of his littermates everywhere and tried to help them hunt. His fur sometimes stood out against the rocks unless there was snow covering it that he began to go off and hunt on his own most of the time. He didn't want to ruin their hunts after all.

Finally the kit of his second mentor was old enough to be trained and so he was given them. He trained the kit the way he'd initially been trained by Speckled Muzzle. Firstly how to work hard and then how to play hard when the work was done. Sadly there weren't nearly as many butterflies for them to chase as there had been when he'd been in training himself.

There then was a she-cat he fell for. One that he was destined never to be with, because she would never see him in the same light. Even if she would have felt the same, she couldn't. For she had been chosen by Teller of the Pointed Stone as their successor. Yes she was kind, but she never showed a hint of interest in him. Not in a romantic light which is perhaps what set off his flirty nature more-so than in his early moons of full grown adult.

He was horrified when he learned his mother was still ill. And also when the old Stoneteller died. They hadn't been that old.

There was too much death. Too much illness. Not enough food or herbs to go around for everyone. Despite the crowded caves they lived in he was never happy to lose a tribe member. He feared if something weren't done then they'd all die.

He learned from Maple Shine of the Stoneteller's decision. He's on a thin rock and teetering. If he leaves he'll be eating less food, but also providing less for others. If he stays at least he gets to remain with his parents and anyone else he cares about that wont be going. Also if he leaves he may be able to move on from an unrequited love even if that is never a part of his life.
